FOCUS offers small group fitness sessions with a maximum of 3 people. You’ll get personalized coaching, progressive workouts, and the accountability of a team — all in one program.

No experience is required. FOCUS is beginner-friendly and designed for all fitness levels. Our coaches meet you where you’re at and adjust each workout to your abilities.

Many people start FOCUS with little to no training background. Each workout is scaled to your current fitness level, and our coaches guide you every step of the way.

With FOCUS you get the best of both worlds: the attention of personal training at a fraction of the cost, plus the energy and community of small group workouts. Unlike big classes, every session is capped at 3 people.

Most members train 2–4 times per week. We offer flexible packages with 8, 12, or 16 sessions per month so you can choose the right fit for your schedule and goals.

Each session lasts 50 minutes. You’ll warm up, complete strength and conditioning work customized to your level and personal goals, and finish with guided recovery — all under the eye of a coach.

Yes! Our $50 trial gives you 3 FOCUS sessions within 7 days. If you join at the end of your trial, we’ll apply that $50 toward your first month.

Your trial is designed to feel just like being a full FOCUS member. You’ll have 3 sessions to use within 7 days of your start date, and you can easily book and manage them through our app.

At your first visit, we’ll learn about your fitness background and goals so we can tailor the experience to you. Across your 3 sessions, you’ll try different workout styles — strength, conditioning, and a mix — all coached and adjusted for your level.

By the end of the week, we’ll review your feedback and our time together to build the best training plan for you as a new member.
